Meet the Beyond II Ultra Whitening Accelerator
At the heart of every Mint whitening session is the Beyond II Ultra Whitening Accelerator - an advanced device that combines two technologies designed to support efficient, professional in-clinic whitening treatments.
Light-activated whitening
The Beyond II uses high-intensity LED light to activate and accelerate the whitening gel during treatment cycles, supporting efficient whitening and helping to enhance brightness during treatment.
Ultrasound acceleration
Beyond® also incorporates ultrasound-assisted technology - working in combination with the LED light - designed to support gel distribution and overall treatment performance during the whitening process, helping to optimise whitening outcomes.
HOW IT ALL COMES TOGETHER
1. PREPARATION & PROTECTION
Your gums and mouth are carefully protected with a barrier, and Beyond®'s proprietary high-percentage peroxide gel — available exclusively to registered dental practitioners — is applied to the tooth surface, ensuring every area is ready for an even, effective result.
2. LED LIGHT & ULTRASOUND ACTIVATION
The Beyond II Accelerator is positioned over your teeth, combining high-intensity LED light and ultrasound technology to activate the whitening gel and support overall treatment performance during the whitening process.
3. MULTIPLE CYCLES
Depending on your treatment plan, typically 3 short whitening cycles are completed and carefully monitored throughout your session to support your comfort, safety, and the best possible result for your unique smile.
4. REMINERALISATION
A remineralising and desensitising agent is applied at the end of your session to support enamel recovery, reduce any temporary sensitivity, and enhance your teeth's natural gloss.
